How

have a ten step procedure for you which will help you in making homemade soap.
However, these should not be considered as soap making recipe. Before
getting started, you need to gather all the required soap
making ingredient which you will be needing for making a soap. Moreover, you
should always follow soap making instructions. Get ready with all essential soap
ingredient like lye, water, oils, etc. Soap
making procedure: 1.
Fat heating Heat the fats in the lye resistant container with the optional
ingredients. Place a thermometer in the fats in such a way that it does not touch
the bottom. 2.
Protect your hands and eyes by wearing proper protection. 3.
Measure the cold water (70 to 75 degrees F) as specified in the recipe, using
the heatproof container. Add lye slowly to the boiling water and start stirring
the mix until the lye is dissolved. Do not smell the fumes, as they could be dangerous.
Place a thermometer and wait for it to reach the specified temperature. 4.
Add lye water to the fat when they both reach the specified temperature. Pour
the lye/water slowly, using the potholder, into the lye/water and continue stirring.
Until the lye/water and the fats are within 120-140 degrees, the batches of the
soap poured in the molds are not critical. However, less temperature is required
when poured in larger soap making mold. 5.
Keep stirring unless the soap reaches tracing stage. Tracing is the thickness
developed by the soap. 6.
Add the essential oils up to one tablespoon for fragrance after tracing of the
soap and stir for few minutes. 7.
Now, pour the recipe into the soap making mold, and wait for it to get hardened.

Remove the soap from the mold using proper protections, like gloves. To release
the soap, press it from the back to ease the removal process. If the soap does
not release, keep it in freezer for few hours. 9.
Let the soap age. You can get the estimated age time duration in the free recipes
for natural soap making. During this time, the bar is hardened, and the pH level
decreases. 10.
Follow the time duration, that is, the molding time, aging time, etc. properly.
And now your natural soap, made by you, is all ready. Enjoy
